We are a small batch company which means everything is made in house with the freshest ingredients possible. We have spent years on research and development to bring you the best skin care possible. However, we understand that it is out of our control to how your skin may react and so we encourage you to purchase our sample products first. Our sample size products are not refundable. We pride ourselves with complete transparency of our ingredients for each product sold on our website. Please look ahead to see if you may have any allergies to an ingredient prior to purchasing.
We do not accept returns on opened products. However, if your product is defective in any way, we are happy to offer you a replacement once we have received back your purchase within three weeks or 21 days from recorded delivery. You must first contact us via email and get an approval for your return within 7 days of delivery. We cannot offer a credit or refund for shipping, additional shipping charge will apply. If product is listed as a limited edition, no returns will be accepted.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2-4 days from time of purchase.
We ship via USPS for all domestic orders and offer free shipping for US orders of $75 or more. Once a package is marked as delivered from transit, it is no longer our responsibility if the package then becomes lost or stolen.
All international orders will be shipped by USPS and UPS and may take up to 21 days to receive due to customs. We are not responsible for additional charges that may be imposed for Duties and Customs charged by any country outside of the US. As with all domestic orders, any lost or stolen package shipped internationally, is not the responsibility of Purely Mei once it leaves US grounds.
