Refund policy

We are a small batch company which means everything is made in house with the freshest ingredients possible. We have spent years on research and development to bring you the best skin care possible. However, we understand that it is out of our control to how your skin may react and so we encourage you to purchase our sample products first. Our sample size products are not refundable. We pride ourselves with complete transparency of our ingredients for each product sold on our website. Please look ahead to see if you may have any allergies to an ingredient prior to purchasing. 

Returns

We want to do our best to communicate with you if you have any concerns. You can email us at info@purelymei.com and we will address your issue promptly. We are happy to answer any questions you have about our products before or after purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@purelymei.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at info@purelymei.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping charges will not be credited or refunded.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective or damaged. We want you to be satisfied and we will do our best to find the best solution for both parties.

We do not accept returns on opened products. However, if your product is defective in any way, we are happy to offer you a replacement once we have received back your purchase within three weeks or 21 days from recorded delivery. You must first contact us via email and get an approval for your return within 7 days of delivery. We cannot offer a credit or refund for shipping, additional shipping charge will apply. If product is listed as a limited edition, no returns will be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as limited edition or personalized items), and opened products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or digital gift certificates.
